Payment Provider

Autopay S.A. is the payment provider for online transactions made through Follow Tuscany.

Complaints and Refunds

1. Complaints

If a purchased service does not meet your expectations or has defects, you may file a complaint by email at followyoursensesintuscany@gmail.com or by post to ul. Nad Skawa 14, 34-200 Sucha Beskidzka, Poland.

Please include your name, contact details, order or workshop number, a description of the problem and the date of the issue. Complaints are considered within 14 days of receipt, and we will respond by email or phone.

2. Service Warranty

If a service was provided contrary to the agreement or contains defects, you may request:

  • correction of the service, where possible
  • withdrawal from the contract in the case of serious defects preventing proper use of the service

Complaints relating to a completed service may be made within 14 days of performance, or from the end of the service where it is continuous or repeated. We are not responsible for defects resulting from improper use.

3. Service Quality Guarantee

Our services are provided with due care and in accordance with the description included in each offer. If a service does not meet the terms of the agreement, you may rely on the complaint procedure above. Some services may also be covered by an additional quality guarantee if this is stated clearly in the relevant offer.

Where a specific quality guarantee applies, it may include:

  • repeat performance of the service in the event of significant defects
  • additional support within a specified period
  • other benefits described in the relevant service offer

Any additional quality guarantee does not limit the consumer rights available under applicable law.

Withdrawal from a Distance Contract

For contracts concluded at a distance, including through followtuscany.com, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, unless an exception under consumer law applies.

To exercise this right, send a statement by email to followyoursensesintuscany@gmail.com or by post to ul. Nad Skawa 14, 34-200 Sucha Beskidzka, Poland. Please include the date, your name, your address, the service concerned and the date the contract was concluded.

Once your withdrawal statement is received, any refund due will be made within 14 days.

Exceptions may apply in particular to:

  • services fully performed with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost
  • services related to accommodation, transport, leisure, catering or cultural events where a specific date or period of performance has been agreed
  • personalised services prepared to the individual requirements of the customer

Where a service has already been partly performed, the refund may be reduced proportionally to reflect the part already delivered.
