Ciao Bella Ciao!
Karolina’s love for Tuscany began during her high school years, when her parents moved to Italy. Surrounded by Tuscan landscapes, culture, and traditions at a young age, she developed a deep and lasting connection to this region. During her summer holidays, Karolina spent many hours helping her mother in the kitchen, where her passion for cooking and hospitality naturally began. Fifteen years ago, Karolina and Dawid decided to make Italy their permanent home. Twelve years ago, they settled in Lucca, where their journey in Tuscany truly took shape. Both fully embraced Italian life, starting with learning the language. Karolina went on to train in one of the best international culinary academies under the guidance of Chef Gianluca Pedrini. Through her ambition, perseverance, and attention to detail, she gained valuable experience working alongside outstanding chefs from Canada, Italy, Australia, and the United States. Her culinary journey was further shaped by working for American women and families, where Karolina and Dawid gained invaluable experience in creating high-quality, personalized stays and unforgettable holiday experiences. Karolina loves sharing her passion, cooking in harmony with seasonal ingredients, local products, and her own refined taste. Dawid is the creative force behind the scenes and the team’s secret weapon. His passion for camera and drone work allows him to capture the beauty of the villas, the surrounding countryside, and special moments from unique perspectives, adding an artistic and professional touch to every experience. Before finding Villa Vistosa, Karolina and Dawid worked in two truly amazing villas, refining their skills and deepening their understanding of what makes a stay exceptional. When they discovered Villa Sole, they instantly fell in love with the house, its history, and its atmosphere. It felt like the perfect place — a home where they want to stay, grow, and spend many more years creating something special. Today, Villa Vistosa is not only a place of comfort and authentic Tuscan charm, but also a creative space. Karolina and Dawid are excited to create the best painting workshops for their guests, hosted in the large, light-filled studio — a space designed for inspiration, creativity, and connection. Here, they look forward to welcoming guests and sharing a truly unforgettable Tuscan experience.

Villa Sole
Our passion for this Italian region is evident in every aspect of Villa Vistosa. We believe our wellbeing is shaped by what we eat and how we live. Much of our fruit and vegetables are grown here, and we know our suppliers and surrounding farms personally. During your stay, you can expect high-quality organic and sustainable food and wine.
We embrace the principles of slow living, and we spend every free moment improving Villa Vistosa for our guests. We continue to train, learn and make the most of everything this region of Italy has to offer. We share life at Villa Sole, along with updates from the house and garden, on Instagram and Facebook, so please join us on our journey to follow your senses in Italy.
